I stayed here for a night, the room is very dirty, the beds are dirty, the blankets are stinking, there is no water system, the water kept outside the room is so dirty that you people will have to think about even washing your ass, forget about bathing, these people don't care about you, they are only concerned with money, the name of compulsion is Mahatma Gandhi, Jessica, they take advantage and overcharge everyone inside the room, inside the bathroom. There is no cleanliness of any kind. If you do not want to read sick then please do not stay in Chopta or book a good hotel below and stay there and then go up and climb.

During Durga Puja I visited Sri Tungnath tample and stayed 2 nights here. Stay was comfortable. As Chopta don't have any electricity all runs in solar. We got uninterrupted light in night which is a big thing here. This hotel is just next to Tungnath entry gate with all food shops nearby. Highly recommend and their service was good

We visited just after the departure of Holy doli of Baba Tungnath. It was an offseason. Service was good.1. Light is not available between 11 pm - 6 am. They say this.2. Rs. 100 per bucket warm water charges are additional due to availability of electricity there.3. Room service is good4. The owner of the lodge is friendly and co-operative5. You have to buy food from nearby mess, food is a little bit costly. But fair considering the height of chopta
